Guillaume – Owner
Guillaume has always been passionate about wood and nature conservation. As the founder and owner of Kaltimber, he oversees all aspects of the business, particularly decking and flooring for both local and international markets. His leadership and expertise have transformed Kaltimber from a small roadside workshop into a factory that meets international quality standards.
“We try to engage in different conservation activities, from primates to forests, while running our factory as efficiently as possible and wasting as little wood as we can. It’s an interesting everyday challenge.”
Dewa – Company Supervisor
Dewa is the backbone of Kaltimber’s daily operations. He ensures that company standards are met, training is ongoing, and team well-being is prioritized. His technical skills and dedication make him a vital leader within the company.

“I have always been fascinated by wood since childhood. I used to work as a wood carver, and in 2009, I took the opportunity to join Kaltimber. I’ve grown every day since then into my role, ensuring that all company standards are met.”
